Southsea Weather

The aim of this site is to setup a live weather monitoring station interactively updating this site with live details of the weather in Southsea, Hampshire (UK). However, after evaluating the various solutions, coupled with the aims for this site, the most accurate and comprehensive equipment is the Davis Vantage Pro2, which unfortunately exceeds our current funding level.

Please keep checking back, as all systems will be go, once the number of donations reaches the level required to keep the site running.

Webcam image

This image was captured a couple of minutes ago, looking south towards the sea, which is approx 1 mile away. It was only taken on a cheapo Logitech webcam, so is only representative of the current weather rather than providing an accurate high resolution record.
